Step 3: Search Your Record
- Once logged in, navigate to My Claims.

- Optionally, refine your search by last known address or Social Security number.
- Click “Search.” Your unclaimed property items will display in a list.
Step 4: Review Property Details
Each listed item shows:
- Date reported
- Reporting entity
- Property type (e.g., checking account, security, utility deposit)
- Amount
Click on an item to view full details, including the legal basis for holding the property under Idaho Code §14-503 (Unclaimed Property Defined).
Step 5: Download Records or Request Paper Statements
- In the item details view, click “Download PDF” to save a copy of your claim history.
- If you need a paper statement, select “Request Statement.”
- Allow up to 10 business days for mailed documents.
Step 6: Update Your Account Information
Keep your contact details current under Account Settings. Idaho Code §14-505 (Delivery to Administrator) requires accurate information so the State Treasurer can process claims promptly.
